If you are not well pleased with your ethically made fitness clothing items, we are here to help you return your ordered items.

You have 10 calendar days to return the items from the date your order was delivered. 

To be permitted for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. CELO’s recycled plastic shipping bag has a double seal feature to allow for return shipment.

The CELO order intended for return has to have a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned items.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for the returned items.

We will contact and inform you on your return request after we inspect your items.

If your returned items is approved, we will contact your for an exchange or for a refund. 

Refunded money will be transferred to the original method of payment.
